Checkout Instructions:
- Leave the safe open
- Lock the room door
- Leave the key card with our concierge or Community Host at reception
- Inventory is checked after each stay, so please make sure none of our items are accidentally packed when you leave.
Note: Early check-ins or late check-outs can be arranged, subject to availability at an additional fee.
Limited parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for R85 per vehicle per day.
- Neighbourgood Fountains is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. This includes cigarettes, shisha/hookah/hubbly, marijuana, vapes, or e-cigarettes.
- Smoking on the premises will result in a R3,000 fine.
- Be mindful of noise at all times. Our quiet hours are 22h00 to 07h00. Strictly no parties or events allowed unless by prior arrangement for the restaurant or event venue/conference areas
- Please note that no guests are allowed after 22h00
- Illegal materials, substances, or activities are not permitted
- Accidents happen! Make sure you report any breakages to the team. Only damage due to negligent behaviour will result in a claim for repairs/replacement.
