- Disandt House by Neighbourgood is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. This includes cigarettes, shisha/hookah/hubbly, marijuana, vapes, or e-cigarettes.
- Smoking on the premises will result in a R3,000 fine.
- Be mindful of noise at all times. Our quiet hours are 22h00 to 07h00. Strictly no parties or events allowed unless by prior arrangement.
- Illegal materials, substances, or activities are not permitted
- Accidents happen! Make sure you report any breakages to the team. Only damage due to negligent behaviour will result in a claim for repairs/replacement.

While we do not operate a conventional public restaurant on site, we ensure you are exceptionally well looked after. Every morning, a fresh continental breakfast buffet is served in our dining room.

For lunch, dinner, or special private group dining, we have an excellent on-site chef who can prepare tailored meals for you. Please note that lunch or dinner requests require prior arrangement, simply speak to the front desk team with a bit of notice to coordinate your menu.
