JOB DESCRIPTION & ROLE OVERVIEW
Reports to: Sales Manager
The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Sales Manager and the broader sales team by managing all sales office administration and functions. This position serves as the primary support interface for the department, focusing on implementing and overseeing efficient sales systems and effective office operations, practices, processes, and procedures. Key responsibilities include assisting Sales Managers and the Head of Sales in delivering efficient and friendly sales support and addressing the diverse requirements of the department. The Sales Coordinator will manage sales administration functions and provide crucial support to Sales Managers in their daily tasks, all with the goal of maximising revenues and achieving budgeted and forecasted targets.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Successful track record in the hospitality industry.
Previous organisational/secretarial/office administrative support experience
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent command of English, however other languages would be an added advantage.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in responding to sales enquiries, requests and leads.
Assist in liaising with sales manager’s clients, customers, leads and opportunities.
Responsible for the handling all brochure requests and inquiries and stock keeping of sales and promotional/client gifting
Liaise with stakeholders within business units/departments/Neighbourgood Properties to ensure regular updates of event logistics and responses. Manage internal/external communications of these to ensure full understanding (Site Inspections, Overnight Educationals and Client Activations)
Assist and manage all sales administrative functions, including sales follow-up, contracting and rates distribution.
Manage all the travel arrangements for the Sales Managers
Coordinate and arrange all Sales meetings – agendas, invite participants, record and distribute actions and follow ups
Responsible for assisting sales managers with all clients’ sales production reports.
Handle all educational and site inspections itineraries and liaise with the property operations on all arrangements and planning
Assist in the monthly reconciling of sales reports.
